Shipping & Order Placement

1. How long will it take to process my order?
A. Order processing typically takes anywhere from 24-48 hours. This means that from the time you place you order it will take 24-48 hours to actually ship out the order. Add on to that the time shipping will take (depending on the method you chose) and that will be your approximate delivery time. Order occasionaly take longer to ship out due to backlog or other unforseen circumstances however you will be notified when your order does ship out.

2. How much will shipping cost on my order?
A. To give an accurate quote we have integrated directly with UPS. You can add any item to your shopping cart (Add To Toolbox) and from within your shopping cart you can choose the destination country and postal code. We will give you accurate, real time shipping rate information to your location.

3. Can I change my order once it had been placed?
A. In most circumstances, no. Once you place you order the process of packaging it begins and it is usually not possible to modify your order. However, in certain circumstances we may be able to accommodate you. Please use our contact form for order inquiries.

4. Can I track my order?
A. Yes! We like to keep our customers informed about their orders. Once the order is placed you receive a confirmation e-mail with all the details. Once we ship your order, you will receive another email with the shipping details, including a link for tracking. At any time you can log in to the My Account area to view your orders, past and present.

5. I received my order confirmation but it has been a few days any I did not get a ship confirmation.
A. While we try to provide the best availability of our products on our web site, sometimes an item is not in our warehouse and needs to be ordered. While this isn't considered "back ordered", since it is available, it might take a day or two to order the item. We do understand that this is an inconvenience, so we will expedite the order once the item comes in.

6. Do you ship to Canada? Other foreign countries?
A. Yes, we are happy to ship to any foreign country. Shipping costs can be calculated by emailing support@redboxtools.com or by calling 877-874-4856 with the quantity of items you want to purchase along with your shipping address.

3. What if I am not happy with my product?
A. No problem! Although we don't typically have many customers who aren't happy with their RBT products, we will happily refund or exchange your product. You must return the product to our warehouse within 30 days of delivery. See our guarantee for more information. You must contact us first using the Customer Support Contact Form and inform us of the return. At that time we will issue a RMA number and you may ship the item back to us. We will credit your account accordingly once the product is received and inspected. We do not refund shipping charges.
