Push Point Technology is a vital part of any foam layer. These points allow you to take items out of the foam, without any struggle or damaging the foam layer.
How do Push Points work?
Each item in a foam layer has its own push point. This works by creating a deeper section in the foam at one end of the cut-out. Meaning that as you push the item down on this end and the other side will be released. You can then take a hold of the item to pull it the rest of the way out of the foam.
Push points decrease the surface area used in the foam, allowing the design to hold more items in a single layer.
As part of the design we can put a small dot in the foam to indicate which end of the item the push point is located.
