DeHavilland Dhc-7-151 Freightliner

The De Havilland Canada DHC-7, widely known as the Dash 7, is a turboprop, STOL performance regional aircraft line. DHC aspired to develop a 40 seater aircraft to compete with other aircrafts being utilised on busier regional airlines, targeting the market not only for outlying routes. The Dash 7 was quieter, however maintaining most aspects of the predecessing Twin Otter. It first flew in 1975, remaining in production until 1988, when De Havilland Canada was purchased by Boeing, and later Bombardier. In 1978 De Havilland had introduced the DHC-7 150 series, with the second model in the series being the DHC-7-151 Freightliner, with modifications made to the interior, as well as additional fuel capacity.
