The PAC P-750 XSTOL, popularly known as the PAC 750XL was introduced in 2001, manufactured by Pacific Aerospace Limited. The 750XL was initially envisioned as a skydiving aircraft, however the target market was later extended to ensure sufficient profit. The aircraft was put on to production, with all models manufactured utilising a Pratt & Whitney PT6A engine. The final design for this utility aircraft was all-metal, with a fixed tricycle landing gear, high-lift low-wings to support the parachuting role and a larger fuselage. The aircraft maintained its popularity in several utility roles, such as aerial photography or surveying, freight, agricultural applications an general passenger operations.
