We are delighted to announce that Olga Pailley, formally the Tool Manager, is now to be our Operations Director here at Red Box Tools!
Olga has been with Red Box for many years now and she is settling into her new role. Olga is keen to get started, with a broader responsibility within the business and take on new challenges. She will be helping to take Red Box Tools to the next stage and to deliver excellent customer service.
Olga’s new role will allow her to take more control within Red Box Tools. She will be running the shop and taking on new orders, in charge of dispatches and being the first point of contact with our customers.
We are excited for Olga to get started with her new role!
