Collection
If you would rather collect your order from our Red Box Tool shop in Southampton, we’ve got you covered, simply select the option at checkout and we will contact you when your order is ready to collect.

UK Delivery
For all orders over £50 in value placed via the website, Red Box Tools is pleased to give you free delivery to the UK mainland.
Because we value your time, we aim to dispatch in-stock items same day. You will be notified as soon as any items you have on back-order re-enter stock, and when they are dispatched to you. Back orders will be dispatched the day we receive the items back in stock.
Orders will be shipped via Acclaim APC (1–2 days) and Evri (3-5 days).
International Orders & Shipping
We accept orders from anywhere in the world, our usual shipping times for the EU are 3-5 working days, for other territories, it will be 6-7 working days.
To give you an idea of how our international shipping system works, for orders under 2kg we use Royal Mail with a shipping fee of £15-£25. With orders over 2kg we use various carriers and calculate shipping to get the best price for you, please bear in mind that all customs duty fees will be paid by you.
Once an international order is placed, we will contact you with a quote for delivery. We always aim to ship orders on the same day when possible. For items on backorder, you will be notified as soon as they come in and again when they have been dispatched.

Stock Availability
All stock is subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email on placement of your order, if items need to be placed on back-order we will give you lead times for the return of stock, and upon receiving the stock we will email to notify you.
If your order is urgent, please don’t hesitate to contact us to ensure all of your items are in stock before you place your order.
Returns
Sometimes, you won’t be entirely satisfied with your purchase, we understand.
Red Box Tools is happy to accept returns up to 30 calendar days after your order has been delivered. In order to be eligible for return your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, where applicable we will also need your item returned in its original packaging.
Before returning any item, please contact us via one of the following methods. Often, we can resolve issues with products without you having to return the item.
