At Red Box Tools we pride ourselves on not only the quality of our products but also the personal service that we provide to each customer. One of our most recent customers had requested to design a custom solution kit, which was to be small and light weight with the essential boat tools for the maintenance of their boats.
This kit was designed for Jellyfish Charters; a company who supply a range of fully equipped yachts from competitive racing to a leisurely cruise of the Solent. Jellyfish Charters provide safe and reliable yachts, so it is vastly important for them to have the correct tools for the upkeep and maintenance of each boat. This is where Red Box Tools’ excellent reputation has the opportunity to thrive.

After phoning in to talk the essentials, the customer came in to the shop to personally choose their tools with the expert help from the Red Box Tools team. They were given a guided tour throughout the shop and given all the information needed to help create the perfect kit, from the necessary tools, to their own unique design. One of the custom requirements for this kit was the use of blue foam. This was very fitting for a marine essentials kit.
The list of tools was then emailed to them including the proposed designs for the kit, so they could see exactly what was to be ordered. Once the customer was completely happy, this bespoke design was then sent to the manufacturing team to be made a reality.
